Terms of Use (ToU)

1.1. Purpose of the Service

13B00ST is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel providing visibility optimization services on social networks (followers, likes, views, shares, etc.). We act as an intermediary technical provider.

1.2. Liability and Account Suspensions

Disclaimer: 13B00ST shall not be liable if target accounts experience suspensions, deletions, reach drops (shadowbans), or blocks by social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.). You use our services with full knowledge of the risks and third-party platform rules.

1.3. Delivery and Orders

Indicative timelines: displayed delivery times are estimates only. Delays do not entitle you to refunds, compensation, or cancellation. Public accounts required: targets must be Public; otherwise orders may be marked complete without refund. Simultaneous orders: multiple orders on the same link (on 13B00ST or elsewhere) before completion are prohibited; overlapping orders will not be delivered or refunded for missing quantities.

1.4. Virtual Wallet, Payments and Disputes

Final deposits: funds deposited to your 13B00ST wallet (via Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Izichange, crypto, or cards through our gateways) are final. They cannot be withdrawn or refunded to bank or mobile money accounts; they must be spent on platform services. Anti-chargeback policy: any abusive dispute or chargeback after top-up results in (1) immediate account ban, (2) forfeiture of remaining balance, (3) permanent ban from our services.

1.5. Changes to Terms

13B00ST may modify, adapt, or update these terms at any time. Users should review this page regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1.6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Douala, Cameroon. Legal inquiries: support@13boost.com.

1.7. Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, provider API outages). No compensation will be granted for such interruptions.
